Hi, I'm Vanessa. Honey Glow was born from my curiosity about candle making and my love for baking. Combining these two passions led to a collection of dessert-inspired candles designed to look beautiful, smell amazing, and bring a little sweetness into everyday life.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically take around 5 business days. Please note that during public holidays, shipping times may be longer.
What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
If your candle arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to offer you a replacement. Please contact us within 14 days at honeyandglowteam@gmail.com
and include photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label to begin
the replacement process. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
Can I return or exchange my candle?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with the fragrance of your candle, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
